This disposable heated blanket is an amazing tool to prevent hypothermia secondary to traumatic injury. It takes about 8 minutes to heat up to 125 degrees Fahrenheit and last about 8 hours. This is a great tool for short or long transports, rotor wing, fixed wing, or ground transports as well as during wilderness rescue. Remember, it's much easier to prevent hypothermia then it is to treat hypothermia!

Having heating blankets is important right now. It is the rainy season again, and we need to keep our body at its most optimal. I seriously think that we need to keep our bodies healthier than we ever did. There is a global pandemic and we just cannot afford to get sick. I believe that there are people who will think otherwise, but that is fine. I am here to encourage people to just try their best and become healthier.
